As a working mom, I know that losing weight, and keeping the pounds off can be next to impossible. Since I don’t have much time going out on a gym and I don’t want to spend a fortune by using pills and fat burners, I want to try the weight loss diet program that my friend told me. I must say that she really loss a lot of weight from the last time I saw her. I also heard about a new diet that Oprah was talking about, I want to try it as well, as that seemed like something that would probably work. But for now, I’ll follow my friends’ diet program first and see if it will work for me.
